"Your thought power is the most important power you have within you. (..) If you develop in yourself the thought of serving others, helping them, and showing genuine consideration and kindness, then you will find that you are enjoying life.
So learn to enjoy whatever you do with both mental and physical coordination. This will happen when you create a real and sincere interest for the things your are doing."

John Sellinger
John Sellinger has been involved in yoga since early childhood, having practiced first under the guidance of his parents. While travelling the world continuously with his family from the age of one-year, yoga meditation and philosophy became a unifying force for them. In his late teens, he began serious and regular practice of meditation, which had a great impact on his life as a student in the medical field.
From 2010 until recently, he lived in Rishikesh, India, in the ashram of his family’s spiritual guide, Swami Veda Bharati. During this time, he had the privilege of practicing under the guidance of many renowned teachers, with a focus on meditation and silence.
He now serves the mission of Swami Veda by traveling widely to share the practices and philosophy of the Himalayan Tradition with students in many countries.

Lea Sellinger
For Lea, family, partnership, and spiritual development are not separate areas of life, but rather expressions of a shared journey. Her experiences as a mother, wife, and long-time practitioner of the Himalayan Tradition form the foundation of her commitment to personal growth, conscious relationships, and a fulfilling family life. The yoga-meditation teachings of the Himalayan Tradition have profoundly shaped her life’s path and continue to inspire her to this day. She lived with her husband at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama—Swami Veda Bharati’s ashram in India—where she deepened her spiritual practice and experienced the wisdom of this tradition firsthand.
Today, she is dedicated to sharing the teachings of Swami Veda Bharati and serves, among other roles, as President of AHYMSIN Switzerland. It is a matter close to her heart to make the timeless teachings of the Himalayan Tradition accessible to her community and to support people on their personal and spiritual journeys.

From 1995-2001 he served as Chair of Yoga Austria - BYO (professional association of yoga teachers in Austria) and from 1998-2009 he served as Austrian representative for the European Yoga Union (EYU). He is an authorised mantra initiator in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition.

Anna Devigili
Anna's journey of self-exploration began in 2018, when a profound loss shattered the foundations upon which she had built her identity and confronted her with the question: What gives life meaning?
Her search for an answer led her to India, where she encountered the ancient Himalayan Yoga Meditation Tradition. Living, practicing, and serving at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama Ashram in Rishikesh, she discovered a way of life rooted not in external achievement, but in inner clarity, stability, and purpose.
Gradually, her attention shifted from designing the world around her as an architect to exploring the world within. Yoga became the bridge to her inner space.
Today, Anna joyfully shares the timeless wisdom of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition, inspiring others to become the architects of their own minds by consciously choosing the values upon which to build a meaningful and purposeful life.
